THE RISING OF PHNX
What happens when you sell your dream? You can either disappear… or go bigger. I just sold FYRE Festival. Now I'm rising from the ashes to launch PHNX. I want to own every view on the internet. Here’s how I got here: I went pro chasing views in 2010 with my first venture-backed startup, Spling. We built an aesthetic grid system for artists and brands to optimize how content was seen. Spling helped maximize views, but I started to realize the real value wasn’t the software. It was the views themselves.
In 2013, I launched Magnises. We turned plastic cards into viral black metal cards and took NYC by storm. But the card was just the start...

We believe views are the new currency. We are great at getting views. We think everyday people should be rewarded for every view they get, and rewarded more so if they're incorporating a brand. We're launching PHNX to do this.
What’s the big vision?
PHNX wants to be the platform where every view is bought and sold. We’ll be releasing additional tools to accomplish this. When we succeed the market on PHNX will define the CPMs of the world.
How is PHNX different than clipping?
PHNX is for everyone. If you’re getting views you’re creating value. PHNX lets you earn from it. We believe this is more impactful than anti-social clippers and bot content.
