THE RISING OF PHNX
What happens when you sell your dream?

You can either disappear… or go bigger.

I just sold FYRE Festival.

Now I'm rising from the ashes to launch PHNX. I want to own every view on the internet.

Here’s how I got here:

I went pro chasing views in 2010 with my first venture-backed startup, Spling.

We built an aesthetic grid system for artists and brands to optimize how content was seen. Spling helped maximize views, but I started to realize the real value wasn’t the software. It was the views themselves.
02
MAGNISES: THE BLACK CARD
In 2013, I launched Magnises. We turned plastic cards into viral black metal cards and took NYC by storm. But the card was just the start. The real value was in the experiences and perks Magnises created in partnership with top brands.

Companies like Tesla, Samsung, and Johnnie Walker wanted exposure to Magnises members. They wanted the views. So they built moments just for Magnises members.
03
THE SPARK
We also threw private concerts for Magnises members featuring Rick Ross, French Montana, Ty Dolla $ign, Wale, Fat Joe, Action Bronson, Jim Jones, Ryan Leslie, Cobra Starship, Ace Hood, Shaggy, Juelz Santana and more. That spark led to FYRE.

THE CAMPAIGN SEEN AROUND THE WORLD
FYRE Festival was created to market the FYRE App. The idea was simple: the app and festival needed views. So we engineered one of the most viral launches in social media history: one orange tile, 400 influencers, and 300 million views in 24 hours.

I SERVED MY TIME
Mistakes were made. But with 4 years in prison to reflect the lessons stuck.

After my release, I saw how much the game had changed. I was trying everything to find my footing, yet along the way I was still launching massive campaigns.

A selfie video announcing FYRE II sold out the pre-sale in days.
To pay people back, I literally fought for it, headlining the main event of a Karate Combat, where I knocked out my opponent in a moment that went viral and was seen by millions.

Bringing Sheff G and Sleepy Hallow to the first Republican presidential rally in the Bronx in decades helped flip culture.
Producing songs with Kodak Black, Fivio Foreign, and 42 Dugg built support in key markets, including Michigan.

Auctioning off the FYRE IP became one of the most-watched non-charity eBay auctions.
one thing became clear.
distribution is differentiation.
In today’s world, views aren’t just a marketing strategy, they are the economy.

That’s why I built PHNX.

PHNX seeks to power every view on the internet.
